So, I have storyboarding and digital illustration, which I suppose I should be thankful for. I really want to take the digital class, but I am not convinced storyboarding will be a good fit. I have talked to Tom (Herzberg) and he thinks I'll do fine; I just don't want to be frustrated and restrained. No great portfolio pieces came out of this year.
I am super pumped for art history and art and activism, though. Both seem awesome and I think it will provide a new perspective on art for me.
There is a 3 hour break on tuesdays and thursdays, though and a 2 hour break mondays and wednesdays. I hate that, but Tom said I could paint and draw in his room if there's an open desk.
I don't often miss school, but I miss taking classes like your last two.
ReplyDeleteI just taught my first Digital Illustration course at MICA. It was a lot of fun, but I was new to it. I'd be curious to know how you find yours and get some ideas for the future.

ReplyDeleteI had a three hour break this past quarter. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, as I had time to work on things.
