Nice work. There's a good material/texture contrast between the eye and the skin, and the reflection is beautiful. You might look at the position of the pupil in the iris; it looks like it's a little to the bottom left. This has to look great at full size.

Good call colin, i actually attempted fixing it earlier. it was much worse before. but i can do more to it! thank you for pointing it out!
